- Not all items are always in stock and all of our products are handmade with the finest quality. We are also happy to take custom orders and build yours on the spot. Naturally, this takes a little time. Please allow about 2-4 business days for items that are in stock to ship and about 1-2 weeks for custom requests or items that are out of stock.

- We do not and will not share your information with anyone. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to safe guard your privacy. We're a brand you can trust, certified by COMODO. We are also PCI compliant.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return your item within 14 days for any reason. You must pay for return shipping and up to a 15% restocking fee.

- Anyone may order and you can create an account for later or order as a guest. We also accept orders by phone and fax, just call 866 - 787 - 1081.
